(1) Spring PM on all RTU’s A/C systems, filter and belt replacements, and condenser coil cleaning. Price includes checking freon levels, motors, electrical components, line sets, condensate lines/pumps and overall condition of equipment.
(1) Summer PM on all RTU’s A/C systems and filter replacements. Price includes checking freon levels, motors, electrical components, line sets, condensate lines/pumps and overall condition of equipment.
(1) Fall PM on all RTU’s heating systems and filter replacements. Price includes checking motors, electrical components, heat exchangers/strips and overall condition of equipment.
(1) Winter PM on all RTU’s heating systems and filter replacements. Price includes checking motors, electrical components, heat exchangers/strips and overall condition of equipment.
Parts or repairs needed will be billed separately at manager’s approval.
PM Agreement can be paid monthly, quarterly, or in the full amount annually.
