Meet The Team

Pedro has been in the HVAC industry since 2018 and joined AMC Services in early 2022. He was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila Mexico and has since relocated to the Denton area. He has quickly become a crowd favorite among our customers for his attitude and professionalism. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family at cookouts he has organized or going fishing with his children.

Russell is from Dallas, Texas and currently resides in Greenville. He has been in the HVAC profession for over 12 years. Starting from the bottom, he has worked his way up to lead commercial technician. He initially started at AMC in 2017, after a break beginning in 2020, he rejoined our team in 2024. Russell is a family man - the father of two sons and two daughters and proudly the grandfather of 5 little ones. Russell is a published poet and long time photographer. When he isn't working or spending time with his family, he is riding his motorcycle, writing or taking pictures.

Nathan has been a vital component of our team since the beginning in 2001, and we are proud to call him our Service Manager. Though he typically oversees installations and service calls these days, he is still a crowd favorite among our long-time customers. With a total of over 35 years in the HVAC industry, Nathan has a passion for this business that's unmatched. He was raised in Oklahoma City, attended UCO, and currently resides in Frisco with his wife, Teresa, and their rescue dog, Mr. Peanut. When he has free time, he enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach.

Daniel has been with AMC for two years now as an installation technician. He is originally from Big Bear, California before relocating to the Denton area. When he isn't at work, he likes to spend his time outdoors doing things like snowboarding, target shooting, hunting and fishing.

Javier has been in the HVAC profession since 2021 and started at AMC Services in early 2022 as an installation technician. He thrives in the fast paced and team building environment that HVAC provides. He was born in Piedras Negras, Mexico and has since moved to the Denton area. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and baby, having movie nights.

Mario joined our installation team in 2019 and has worked his way up to becoming our Residential Installation Lead. He was born in Mexico, and currently lives in Plano, Texas. Mario enjoys all things music in his free time- playing piano and guitar, and even music production. We are glad to have a dedicated worker like Mario on our team!

Dylon is from Hallsville, Texas and recently relocated to the DFW area. He has been in the HVAC profession since 2022 and we are glad to have had him join our installation team in 2025. When he is not working, he likes to spend his time with his family and fiancé, going fishing or supporting his favorite football and basketball teams.

Rob established AMC Services in the year 2000, and worked in every aspect of the company himself to build it up to the scale that it is today. Even as the business grows, Rob remains an integral component in both the service and office aspects of the company. Rob originates from Beaumont, Texas, and currently lives in Aubrey with his wife, Tina, and two dogs, Toto and Ella. He has two daughters, one son, and four grandsons that are his pride and joy.

Elizabeth first joined AMC Services in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. After the birth of her son in late 2020 she decided to leave the workforce, but has since rejoined our team in early 2023 as our Customer Support and Marketing Lead. Elizabeth was born and raised in Texas, when she is not working she is reading, baking or spending time with her husband and son, two dogs and ten chickens.

Taylor joined our AMC office staff in early 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and has been a customer favorite since! She was born and raised in Flower Mound and has an undergrad degree from The University of North Texas in Integrative Studies, she is also currently working to obtain her MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources. In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and working out.

Lydia started at AMC in 2016 as our first Customer Service Representative, and has worked her way up to becoming the Office Manager. She originated in East Texas, but Lydia now lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Chris, and toddler, Oliver. In her spare time, Lydia enjoys travelling with her family, and playing with her four dogs and seven chickens.

Melissa joined our office staff early in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative and is now our office’s Lead Dispatcher. She was born and raised in Denton and graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. In her free time, Melissa enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.
